Bash.org how do we make the plugin better?

Hi all,
      Has there been any thought as how to how the bash.org can be made
better. Right now its pretty much useless. One of the things is if we know
that so & so quote exists, we make a certain database of the hits. Then
sometime going forward, instead of giving the link, somehow pull the quote
from there to the conversation window. What do u guys think?
