Quite a few plugins at 1.0 beta 7 why?

Hi all,
        I just downloaded the plugins pack. I have installed it & would be
playing with them and giving feedback on them individually or sometimes like
these as the authors may be same or different as the case maybe. I hope u
guys understand.
        I saw quite a few plugins which still hold on 1.0 beta7 version is
that a mistake or a deliberate act on your part? Please lemme know.
