Quite a few plugins at 1.0 beta 7 why?

The plugin pack is only loosely related to purple/pidgin/finch. As
such, it *IS* it's own package and there for versioned as such. Since
this is the 1.0beta7 release of the plugin pack (our first release was
1.0beta1), it stands to reason that the plugins share that version.
In other words, the version of the plugin in purple/pidgin/finch is for
the plugin itself and not for what version of purple/pidgin/finch it
works with.
In yet some other words, yes this is intentional.
