A few revisions to Auto-profile

This is in no way complete, but it gets a lot farther a long than it did 
before. I also don't know what "gaim_gtk_create_prpl_icon" was supposed 
to refer to and it's not in the gtkgaim or gaim compat headers. Since I 
included the headers to make this work, this obviously will need to be 
changed further, but the makefile itself should be correct now--for 
windows anyway.
