Comment:

 From the pidgin.rpt you attached I can tell that you are actually using
 the album plugin from Purple Plugin Pack 1.0.  This was a known crash that
 we have since fixed.  Please install album from the Purple Plugin Pack
 version 2.0.0 ([http://downloads.guifications.org/plugins/Plugin%20Pack
 /purple-plugin_pack-2.0.0-win32.zip download here]) and then see if the
 problem still occurs.
