 It appears the length of the context menu is dependent on the mouse
 position when it opens.  If the mouse is farther up the screen (e.g. on a
 taller popup), the context menu is longer, and can properly show its
 information.

 I suggest that this is still a bug, and that the context menu should have
 a minimum size no matter where the mouse pointer is.

 (PS - the post limitation per hour makes it *really* frustrating to deal
 with this bug tracking system - especially since it seems to consider
 failed posts toward the limit-per-hour.)
