Comment:

 The post per hour limitation is necessary in order to help combat the spam
 floods that we have been the victims of on many occasions.  I have
 increased the number of posts permitted, as the other functions of our
 spam filtering have been getting more effective with the tuning of the
 blacklist and the aid of other training methods, but I can't risk turning
 it off--the last two spam attacks we had would have been significantly
 more damaging were the limit not in place.  I understand the frustrations
 it causes, but this is, unfortunately, a necessity.

 I'm going to target this bug for milestone 2.15 just in case we release
 prior to the merging of guifications 2.x into Pidgin.
