 Setup:
  * Windows XP + SP2
  * Pidgin 2.1.1 (debug version)
  * GTK 2.10.13 / Glib 2.12.12 (the versions installed with Pidgin 2.1.1
 originally)
  * Guifications 2.14

 Bug:

 If you turn off the "Use Gtk theme background" option in a notification,
 the notification disappears from the theme editor, and apparently is also
 non-effective for notifications.

 Reproduction:

  * Open up theme editor.
  * Create new theme.
  * Create new notification.
  * Turn off "Use Gtk theme background".
  * Save.
  * Close theme.
  * Edit the theme.
  * The new notification is missing.
