 Not to sound too stupid, but what is meant by "it will never compile by
 default" and "It can be built manually"?  I assume it won't be included in
 an easily downloadable pack, but usable individually - if so, how do I
 build this manually or at least get it to start, I can't seem to find
 anything else about this plugin?

 I used to use Trillian at work and need to use the group message feature
 to send a message to all employees.  Pidgin is great and would like to
 roll out to everyone as well, but until I can use this, I will still need
 to keep Trillian for this feature alone.  Thanks!
