 I've followed all three methods from:

 "How do I enable a plugin you have not enabled by default?"

 and none of them worked to add groupmsg to pidgin't plugins. I don't want
 to spam. I just need to send 17 daily requested SMS. And it takes too long
 to do it by hand and I'm getting tired of it...
