Comment:

 groupmsg is marked as an abusive plugin.  So long as groupmsg/.abusive
 exists, the configure script will never allow it to build with the rest of
 the plugins.  We don't exactly rush to make this public knowledge.  You
 could, however, `cd groupmsg` then `make` and `make install` after you
 have run `make` from the same directory the configure script is in.
