 During the "meeting" in #guifications we decided we wanted to go with
 ViewMTN, similarly to what Pidgin has done, so there is a web interface to
 our MTN code.  We need this set up and the plugin to do the stub "Browse
 Source" link in the navbar.

 Also we discussed how to handle the multiple dbs issue, since we have
 presently four dbs, and we decided that for viewmtn purposes, a single db
 and single viewmtn would be sufficient for our needs.
