 I'm not sure what those links are doing there, but I have to agree with
 muczy that I can't figure out how to make text multiline.  I have used the
 editor and looked in the theme guide to find no solution.  My hope is to
 make the message received print on one or more lines.

 Could someone please elaborate or check if this has been implemented.  I
 know this isn't the only ticket open, see #165.  Both of these tickets
 appear to be open and the feature does not appear there.
