 I will point out here that the bar at the bottom of the popup is precisely
 the size of a single-height Windows taskbar.  I'm willing to bet this has
 something to do with GTK+ trying to work around the taskbar or something
 similar.  I did look in the Guifications code to see if maybe we were
 trying to work around a static taskbar, but I see no code to that effect,
 so I'm inclined to think this is a GTK+ bug.  Datallah, can you confirm
 this, shoot my idea down, or provide any insight?
