Comment:

 We actually already have a spec file in our tarball.  It is configured to
 split the plugin pack into two packages--purple-plugin_pack and pidgin-
 plugin_pack.  It is currently named plugin_pack.spec.  If it needs to be
 named purple-plugin_pack.spec to match the name of the tarball in order to
 work, I will do that.

 Thanks for the submission!  I will leave this open until our resident RPM
 guru has the chance to look it over.
