 Some new tests that have been found out, when noticing the "mystatusbox"
 plugin mentioned in the rpt file:

 Guifs on, boxes on = twice tested with both windows open and closed =
 crash all the time
 (1:58:44 AM) bitto: Guifs off, boxes on = crash first time round, no crash
 second time for both open and closed windows
 (1:58:52 AM) bitto: Guifs on, boxes off = twice tested with both windows
 open = no crash all the time. Twice tested with both windows closed =
 crash all the time!! which was your problem I believe!

 Also as you can see, I tested with the buddy list window open and closed,
 just to prove something with ticket #314.
