 when mail arrives, there could appears a mail icon on the tray  (or
 pidgin's icon could change to a mail icon), and if the user clicked on it,
 it starts the mail application (it could be config(eg. evolution, or
 firefox&gmail)) and after it, it disappiers, and in gaim buddylist window,
 the mail notification also disappiers. And with middle click/right click
 it could dissapiers without running mail application.

 It could be usefull, because user don't need another application(*biff)
 for mail notification.
