 I'm sorry to open a new ticket on this, I know it has been discussed in
 other tickets, but I am wondering if there is any chance to enable group
 message in future releases.  I know it has been deemed to be a plugin that
 would be easily abused, but it seems to me that there are many people who
 could legitimately benefit from its use.  I am a network administrator,
 and could make use of the plugin whenever I need to send a message to
 everyone in the building.  And from my point of view, if I felt that I
 didn't want to receive mass messages from someone, I would simply block
 them.  As is, I think spammers already have their own methods for doing
 so.

 Alternatively, I tried to follow the instructions for building the plugin
 in windows and in linux, and was unable to.  It seems the instructions are
 out of date, or I was just unable to figure them out.
