 Ah, thanks, found it, and it wasn't enabled.

 I'll test that, and if it works, I'll add a note to the wiki.

 Am I correct in understanding that this functionality is added by IRC
 Helper and thus its wiki page would be the best place to document this?
 (I'll try disabling IRC Helper and see if the option disappears.)
