 No. 1500/384K DSL. Of course the actual data rate and latency varies over
 time with line quality and network load. I've had long periods of 768K
 downstream due to line quality in the past.

 What is the relevance? Network connectivity problems is obviously the
 cause of the IRC disconnect (typically), leading to the server messages,
 but I don't see how that factors in to the plug-in's ability to recognize
 and filter server messages.
