Comment:

 Our Windows build system requires that you have a functional Windows
 Pidgin Build Environment and that you place purple-plugin_pack-2.2.0 in
 pidgin/plugins within the Pidgin source tree.  It looks like you don't
 have the Plugin Pack's source code in pidgin/plugins.

 Oh, you also have to build Pidgin in that environment in order to build
 the plugins.  So, what you should have is:

 /some/path/pidgin-2.3.1 $ make -f Makefile.mingw
 /some/path/pidgin-2.3.1 $ cd pidgin/plugins/purple-plugin_pack-2.2.0
 /some/path/pidgin-2.3.1/pidgin/plugins/purple-plugin_pack-2.2.0 $ make -f
 Makefile.mingw
 }}}

 And then you can build groupmsg itself.  Building the whole of the plugin
 pack is important because there are a few preparatory steps performed
 during that process.

 Does doing things that way help?
