 Event "Name Spoken" doesn't provide a pop-up, all other events function
 properly, no output in debug mode. Title of channel in chat window turns
 blue and systray flashes, indicating "Unread Messages", but no pop-up?

 Would happily provide more info if I knew what to look for.
