 This information should have been in the original submission of the
 ticket, but it really doesn't change the fact that this is the same issue
 as #328--we claim to support an email notification but we do not due to a
 bug in our implementation.

 As a side note, the ticket emails are notifications only--you can't reply
 to them and get any sort of meaningful action.  It was just luck that I
 happened to be in the administrative interface for mail today.
