 Ordinarily, (if you have them set to pop up in the bottom left corner),
 the notifications pop up just above the Start menu. However, if a
 notification is popping up as I am returning from screensaver, it appears
 in front of the Start menu. When the notification disappears, a
 transparent version of it remains overlayed with the Start menu.
 (Hopefully that makes sense, but if it doesn't, don't worry -- I will post
 a screenshot next time it happens you can see what I mean.)

 I should offer the disclaimer that I am using a WindowBlinds theme, so it
 is quite possible that it is not a Guifications bug itself, but that, or
 even something else. (For example, I have the Guifications 'active'
 setting set to 'no'; I haven't tried it with active on.) So if anyone else
 has noticed this, please reply with your experiences.

 Like I said, I will post a screenshot the next time it happens.
