 Enhance the day change notification provided by the Irssi plugin:
 http://plugins.guifications.org/trac/wiki/irssi

 to make it more visible and so that it doesn't blend in with other
 administrative messages.

 This could be accomplished with text color, and/or a horizontal rule.
