#469: IRC Helper doesn't suppress NickServ login notices

 The IRC Helper documentation says:
 http://plugins.guifications.org/trac/wiki/irchelper
   Transparent authentication with a variety of services.
   Suppression of various useless messages.
   Displaying Freenode ChanServ join notices in the chat window...

 Which led me to believe that notices like this:

 NickServ: (notice) This nickname is owned by someone else
 NickServ: (notice) If this is your nickname, type /msg NickServ IDENTIFY
 <password>
 NickServ: (notice) Password accepted - you are now recognized

 would be suppressed. Those happen to be from the server at
 irc.freenode.net.

 If this is something that needs to be tweaked on a per-server basis, how
 about adding a config file or UI where the end-user can specify the ID the
 server uses for communication?
