#470: IRC Helper authenticates using ID with number appended

I'm not sure this is an IRC Helper plugin issue or a problem with the core
IRC implementation in Pidgin. The IRC Helper documentation says:
 http://plugins.guifications.org/trac/wiki/irchelper
Transparent authentication with a variety of services.

But I've noticed that when I get logged back in after a disconnect, the
user ID gets a number appended. I presume this is because the original
login is still perceived as active by the server and prohibits a second
login. Can the authentication code send a logout request prior to the
 login to work around this?
