 Add a command /gg <search> or /google <search> to be able to send the
 first entry returned by google to a buddy.

 So, You type "/gg tentacle" and you send to your buddy
 "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tentacle"

 Maybe some hack and type "/gg2 tentacle" and send the second link from
 google; "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tentacle_rape"

 And so on for "/ggn" where 'n' is the link you want to send without the
 need to open a browser and type your search, and copy the link.
